Incorporating volunteers with limited time to give: Laila

Puns aside, over the last few months our volunteering team have been working to creatively involve corporate volunteers in our activity, enabling them to share their specific skills across our organisation. Read on to hear about, Laila.

My one-day volunteering at the Pankhurst Trust was really enjoyable.

I helped the Volunteer Coordinator, Annabelle, with a variety of admin tasks, such as statistics of volunteers visiting their website, as well as statistics of the different volunteer roles/ training they have requested to be part of.

I also had the chance to visit the museum within the same building, which was the residential place of Emmeline Pankhurst and her family (the British political activist), and where the first Votes for Women meetings were held.
